Why 10 Years?
We selected a 10-year term to demonstrate our long-term commitment. We only use materials and hardware from trusted manufacturers that meet high standards for durability and performance, ensuring your investment lasts.
Warranty Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the shower enclosure. If the property is sold or transferred, the warranty automatically terminates. Subsequent owners are not eligible for warranty service or coverage under any circumstance. Proof of original purchase and installation must be retained by the purchaser to validate any future warranty claims.
Warranty Coverage
Frameless shower enclosures are covered for 10 years from the date of installation.
Tempered glass is highly durable; however, glass breakage is not included under this warranty. Natural variations in color or composition may occur, and small imperfections are considered normal unless they obstruct vision or fall outside industry standards. Please note that frameless glass may show slight natural flex—this is expected and allows the glass to safely absorb movement.
All hardware is guaranteed for finish and performance. Brass finishes are excluded from finish coverage, as natural discoloration can occur due to the presence of water minerals.
Service calls and adjustments are complimentary during the first year. After the first year, a $225 labor fee applies for service visits, though any warranted replacement parts will continue to be covered.
Maintenance & Care
Proper care is essential to maintaining your warranty:

Follow the Maintenance Guidelines provided.

Caulking & Seals: Covered for functionality. Mold or mildew are maintenance issues and are not covered.

Cleaning: Use only approved, non-abrasive cleaners. Harsh or gritty products can damage glass and hardware finishes, voiding the warranty.

Hardware: Avoid strong chemicals to preserve the finish.
Tile & Installation Considerations
Trinity Glass LLC is not responsible for cracked or damaged tile, grout, or wall surfaces resulting from existing installation defects, hidden conditions, or required drilling. Tile breakage can occur during the installation or removal of glass enclosures due to pre-existing conditions.
If tile repairs are needed, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for those repairs.
If tile repairs require the removal of an existing glass enclosure, Trinity Glass can remove and/or reinstall the enclosure for a service fee.
Please note: Glass tiles are not recommended for frameless shower enclosures, as drilling can cause the tile to crack.
Leakage & Seepage
Frameless shower enclosures are built to keep water inside the shower, but a small amount of water may naturally escape around edges or moving parts. This is normal and not considered a leak.
If you notice larger amounts of water escaping, the most common cause is that the tile or stone surface is not sloped correctly toward the drain. These surfaces are installed by a tile or stone contractor, and Trinity Glass LLC is not responsible for issues related to improper slope or water flow.
Please avoid spraying high-pressure water directly at the door gaps or seams, as this can force water out and is not covered under warranty.
Customer Responsibilies
To keep your warranty active and ensure optimal performance of your shower enclosure, please register your warranty and retain proof of purchase for future reference.
Proper care and maintenance are required to protect the glass and hardware. Following Trinity Glass LLC’s recommended cleaning guidelines helps prevent damage that may not be covered under warranty.
For warranty claims related to protective glass coatings, please contact the manufacturer directly, as these products are supported through the coating provider.
Using harsh or abrasive cleaners or neglecting routine maintenance may affect warranty eligibility.
