Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation process, maintain safety standards, and protect your investment, customers are responsible for the following:
Prepared Work Area

Clear the installation area of furniture, personal items, and obstacles.

Ensure floors and nearby surfaces are clean and safe for work.

Provide access to standard electricity if needed.

If the work area is not properly prepared, installation may be delayed, and additional fees could apply.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Confirm and honor scheduled installation appointments.

Notify Trinity Glass LLC at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations.

Fees may apply for late changes or cancellations.
-
Deposits for materials that have already been ordered are non-refundable.
Decision-Making & Communication

Respond promptly to communications regarding scheduling, product selections, and project details.

Approve any requested changes or adjustments before work is performed.
Compliance & Safety

Follow all safety guidance provided by Trinity Glass LLC during and after installation, as outlined in the Glass & Safety Disclaimer.

Ensure children, pets, and other occupants remain away from the work area until installation is complete and the site is deemed safe.
Maintenance & Care

Follow the provided Maintenance Guidelines to preserve the longevity, appearance, and warranty coverage of your glass products.
